Privacy & Medical Disclaimer
Your records.
Your decision.
You trust us with the most private information you own — your medical history. This page explains, in plain language, what we do with it and where our role begins and ends.
1 · Who we are
HanBridge Health Ltd. is an independent medical coordination company registered in the United Kingdom, with an operations office in Wuhan, China. We are not a hospital, clinic, or medical provider, and we do not practise medicine. All diagnosis and treatment is delivered by licensed physicians at independent hospitals.
2 · Medical disclaimer
Nothing on this website is medical advice. Content about conditions, procedures, costs, and outcomes is general information to help you ask better questions — it cannot account for your individual case.
Every written opinion, consultation, and treatment decision is made by a licensed physician who has reviewed your actual records. We never guarantee medical results, and we will tell you honestly when we believe travelling for treatment is not in your interest.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately — do not wait for a reply from us.
3 · What we collect
Only what your case requires, and only what you choose to send: your name and contact details, the medical records and imaging you submit (such as MRI scans and physician letters), and our correspondence with you.
We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not buy or sell personal data.
4 · How we use it
Your information is used for one purpose: to assess your case and, if you wish, coordinate your care. That means organising and translating your records, presenting them to the specialist we judge best matched to your condition, and arranging consultations or treatment you have explicitly requested.
We share your records with a specialist or hospital only with your consent, and only to the extent needed for your case.
5 · International transfer
Because our specialist network is in China, reviewing your case involves transferring your records there. We transfer only through encrypted channels, only to the physicians involved in your case, and only after you have asked us to proceed. Physicians receiving your records are bound by Chinese medical confidentiality law and their hospitals' professional obligations.
6 · Retention & security
Case files are stored encrypted, accessible only to the coordinator handling your case. If you decide not to proceed, we delete your medical records within 90 days of your case closing — sooner if you ask. Financial records are kept as required by UK law.
7 · Your rights
Under UK GDPR you may request a copy of everything we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw consent at any time — withdrawing consent never affects care already delivered. Email privacy@hanbridgehealth.com and we will respond within 30 days.
8 · Questions
For anything about this page, your data, or our role, write to hello@hanbridgehealth.com. A person — not a form reply — will answer.
