Surgery and joint replacement prices above are hospital-side package costs — indicative, and varying with your condition, specialist, implants and length of stay. Hospital fees are paid directly to the hospital — never to us. HanBridge's coordination fee is fixed and journey-based — $1,500 for minimally invasive spine surgery, $2,000 for joint replacement and complex cases — covering medical translation, airport transfers, on-site English-speaking support and 12 months of follow-up coordination. Cancel any consultation more than 24 hours ahead for a full refund.

"Our coordination fee is fixed — $1,500 for spine surgery, $2,000 for joint replacement — disclosed in writing before you commit. We take no commissions from hospitals — so our only incentive is your outcome."
What exactly is included?
Every treatment package covers specialist fees, surgery and implants, hospital stay, all translation and interpretation, airport transfers, accommodation coordination, and 3/6/12-month video follow-ups. Flights and personal expenses are not included.
Why are prices marked "from"?
Surgical pricing depends on your diagnosis, implant choice, and length of stay. The "from" figure is a real, achievable price for a standard case — your written quote after specialist review is final and fixed.
How do payments work?
Consultation fees are paid by card or PayPal. Hospital fees are invoiced and paid directly to the hospital. Our coordination fee is itemised separately in your written quote — you will always know who is being paid what.
